Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

Base:
115g oat flour
120g maple syrup
50g smooth peanut butter


Cheesecake:
300g Nush cream cheese
75g smooth peanut butter
40g maple syrup


Chocolate topping:
100g Doisy & Dam Vanilla and Cacao Nib dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

Chocolate and peanut butter. Name a better combo, we'll wait.

Fan Sophie (@sophieshealthykitchen) combined all of our favourite ingredients and made our favourite dessert, in snack form. Bitesized to perfection, these are a guaranteed crowd pleaser. It includes our Vanilla and Cacao Nibs bar, which is known for being dark, rich and sweet.

Makes 6, and takes 1 hour and 15 mins.

 

  1. Mix the base ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a dough like texture. Use a mini cheesecake mould and divide the mixture across 6 moulds or cups.

  2.  Mix the cheesecake ingredients together and divide across the top of the bases.

  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and top the cheesecakes.

  4. Leave to set in the fridge for an hour, then pop out of their moulds.

  5. Enjoy!
